With a workforce of over 400 staff we are operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in order to cover our range of services. We pride ourselves on working together as one team. Our head office is based in Carlisle at Hilltop Heights on London Road and is the home to our control and central function teams, it is also used in the out of hours for telephone triage. Our offices offer a quality working environment with free parking, kitchenettes with free tea and coffee and large meeting rooms and break out spaces.
