About Digital Care Home
Digital Care Home (Health Call) is an App that allows referrals to be made digitally to CHOC or the District Nurses Out Of Hours. It is fully funded by the NHS, so no cost to its users.
This App has shown to save a users time, by preventing hours spent on the telephone waiting to make referrals.
The application is being used in 90 Care Homes across North Cumbria.
