Healthwatch Cumbria Independent Review of Patient Experience 2016

In 2016 CHoC commissioned Healthwatch Cumbria to carry out an independent engagement project to gather and analyse service user experience.  The report found that services users experience of the CHoC service was very positive, with respondents being particularly complimentary about the high level of care and attention they received from the CHoC team.
